    The 4th pic of the wood looks discolored, it is not, it is just a reflection of the light.
    It appears to have all the the parts, but honestly I am not 100% sure, the hardware, both packets are sealed. There are cutting tools that were not opened which were in the box. It looks like a project that never got started.
