Vintage Hand-Painted, Handmade Decorative Ceramic Wall Plate, with Open Hearts. This beautifully painted 9" hand-made, hand painted wall plate features an array of vibrant rich colors (teal, white, royal blue, green, yellow, magenta, turquoise and black).  There are a variety of patterns and shapes used in this gorgeous design.  What makes this plate especially lovely is there are open heart cutouts running around the outer layer of the plate. The measurements are 9" wide x 1" tall. There is a sticker on the underside that says "Hammamet Import" "Ceramica Oggettistica ARABA".  The condition is preowned and very good.  There are no chips or cracks or crazing.  There are holes incorporated in the area around the underside's rim to allow for a wall hanging wire.
