    Description

    This is a crank operated Ideal hydroplane toy from the 1950s-1960s [im guessing!].
    The propeller does engage and spin when you turn the crank---it just doesnt do it ALL the time!!!
    So..it will engage...unenengage..then reengage.   BUT..I'm guessing you arent buying this vintage toy to play with in your tub! Well..maybe you are....
