Overall I would say this is in acceptable to fair condition.  This is just for Book One the players book.  This is meant for players that have been playing in the basic/expert/masters set and is right before the immortals set.  It has rules for levels 15-25.
This would be great for players that aren't too concerned about condition and just want a really good copy to play.  There are no missing pages, ripped/torn pages, major bends/folded pages, and no markings inside.  This has some new weapons, rules on strongholds, and new spells among other things.  Actually most of the condition issues is on the cover with a lot of wear.
Shipping will come in a hard cardboard box and will be bubble wrapped to reduce any chance of damage due to shipping.  Shipping will be via media mail on this item unless other arrangements are made.
