    Description

    Beautiful box with incredible workmanship.Includes I believe two types of wood inlay, a white material of some type, with inlaid bits of green, light red, and gold.
    Inside of box is lined with velvet.  The inner lid is puffy and crinkly velvet for a rich effect.
    Lid is mainly a cream colored background of some type of material, with painted equestrians leaping around.
    Box is in quite good vintage condition.  There are no obvious missing pieces of inlay.  I would think it was quite new except for the hinges which appear old.
    I just examined entire outside with a loop and all I could catch are a few bits of missing gold (I believe the gold is a gold-lead applied on top of other inlay).  There is some wear on the edges of red fabric on bottom of box, and there is a bit of fraying/loose threads at upper inside edges of red velvet.
    Exterior measurement is about 6-3/4" x 5" x 2.5".
    Really interesting piece.
