1968 VIRGINIA license plates # A268-239 PAIR YOM?

Description

The plates are made of steel and are in very nice condition with marks at the upper bolt holes and some paint chips on the numbers along with other signs of minimal use.  The original paper that was between the plates at time of manufacture is included -- see photos for details.
THESE PLATES MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR Year Of Manufacture USE -- CHECK WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO FIND OUT IF THE PLATE NUMBER IS AVAILABLE FOR YOM.
THE PLATES ARE EXPIRED AND ARE MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD.
I WILL COMBINE ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE AUCTIONS TO SAVE POSTAGE COSTS FOR BUYER.
