Bottom edge is quite rough with 2.25" tear, several small tears, a few creases, a lot of
wrinkling and piece missing from bottom right corner - 3.25" tear, 2" tear, 1" tear and
a few small tears in right edge - Small tear on left edge - a couple of tack holes near
bottom right corner with tears and damage around them - Some discoloration in places

I ship all items out on Tuesdays. If you pay before 9:00 AM on Tuesday, your item will go out that day. If you pay after that, it
will  go out on the following Tuesday. If there is an emergency and you need it sent earlier let me know somewhere other than
the paypal payment and I'll do my best to get it out.
