    Description

    1/1200 scale Japanese Destroyer by Superior Models
    The ship is the destroyer Hibiki (1941), model no. 604J.
    The model is a waterline model built to a 1/1200 scale by Superior Models.  The model is approx. 3 ½ inches (8.9 cm) long.  The date after the ship’s name represents the “as depicted date” of the vessel.
    Ship is lead cast.  The model is pre-owned (from the 70s-80s) but in good condition, though the forward mast appears to be shorter than supposed to be.  Whether it was made this way or the tip of the mast was broken off I can tell, even with looking at the end with a magnifying glass – see photographs.  Have the original box.
